First and foremost a responsible corporate citizen, La Normandise aims to be exemplary in every respect and is committed to corporate social responsibility. This is reflected for example by the environmental and energetic policy of ISO 50001 certification.

So, for example, La Normandise realizes a fatal heat network of more than 2.5 km back and forth to supply energy to an Agrigaz biogas plant, heat its 3 buildings located in the Papillonnière area, and feed other future industrials. . This 4544 Mh / year project will prevent emissions of 1217 tons of CO2 each year. This investment of approximately 2 million euros is made thanks to the financial participation of the European Union via the FEDER (25.3%), the Ademe (13.7%) and the Normandy Region (2.4%).

La Normandise has established also a sustainable purchasing charter where it commits to with regards to its suppliers urging them to adopt an approach, which respects to the ethical values of the company and adheres towards sustainable development.

La Normandise also has a quality policy which guarantee:

    • Food safety (sanitary authorization and BIO, BRC and IFS certifications),


    • Client satisfaction, with the aim at achieving a service rate of 98% and to remain with under 14 complaints for every million units sold.


    • Optimization of processes to improve productivity. The objectives are itemized and available line-by-line.


  • Safety of personnel, with the aim of reducing the number of work related accidents and illnesses to zero.
