Our main quality credo is to employ as much fresh meat in our product ingredients as possible, which may be traced from the abattoir right down to the final product. As part of our product traceability we ensure that:

All fully sterilized batches are labelled in specially marked and stamped packaging
recordings of temperature, pressure, date and time of manufacture are completely automated, therefore limiting the input of human intervention. |

All our recorded data are stored in a specially adapted “sample archive library” just until their sell-by-date expiration and are available to our clients upon request. |

Weekly independently led tests are carried out by Quality Control laboratories and are approved by the French Health department. |

Our clients are also invited to carry out their own quality control tests at their own discretion. |
